The Trinary Approach
Transparency
I do not own or maintain this google map. It's public and I embed it here for convenience.
The map has seen better days to be honest. Someone vandalized it a while back.
(I plan to code a replacement map here, that would have more options to backup, restore, moderate, and Administrate. It will remain under the control of DKMU even when it's hosted here, as it's heart and soul belong to them, so it will have DKMU mods.)
Authenticity
This Linking Sigil Map is maintained and owned by DKMU, I have only embedded it here, with respect (I sought official permission on their discord, to no avail, and eventually a mod just told me go ahead, nobody gives a shit, lol).
Please learn about the LS before you edit this, so you don't spam this map with useless pins.
You can read more about the LS at the DKMU library, here.
Privacy ⚠️
I don't store your location but if you click this, you'll get a popup asking permission to share your location. The code uses that location to dynamically rewrite the url of the embedded Google Map to your current location. I do not keep, save, or store this, but I have no idea what Google does with it.
Per our Privacy Policy, we're not storing your results.

Background & Practice
The Linking Sigil (LS, ·⍼, Ellis) was developed by Domus Koatica Marauder Underground (DKMU).
It was created around 2004 as part of DKMUs “assault on reality”. Since then the Linkind Sigil has developed a kind of sentience or entity associated with it, known as “Ellis” and (probably due to it's web-like nature) is has also been associated with spiders.
The purpose is to energetically link places together forming a global network, like a web, that can be drawn upon in order to access the energy of all these places in your workings.
"Use the Linking sigil to tag places, things, or concepts that exude [magical] energy or have some resonance that would be a useful and productive resource for the LS network: sacred places, between places, places of power, or places where people release a lot of energy."
